Buen libro de tecnicas de memorizaci�n y estudio

Este es un buen libro que ense�a tecnicas de memorizaci�n de datos y numeros(faciles y efectivas!!), tecnicas de lectura rapida, como preparar examenen y responder test psicologicos. Cuenta con muchos ejemplos y ejercios practicos.
Este es un libro netamente practico sin mucha fundamentacion teorica, el lenguaje es ameno e incluso divertido; claramente el autor se esfuerza en transmitir sus tecnicas y apoyar la labor de los estudiantes.
Recomendado especialmente para estudiantes de secundaria, pregrado y posgrado.

Las recomendaciones hechas por el autor para lograr desarrollar la mente son excelentes y los ejercicios de verdad ayudan, lo que muestra que en verdad posee conocimiento de la materia. Tambi�n es bueno apuntar que esta dirigido a estudiantes, aunque esta claro que las t�cnicas aprendidas se pueden aplicar en diferentes �reas de la vida diaria. Buenas recomendaciones, principalmente para los tiempos recientes donde ya nadie quiere memorizar datos, dada la facilidad que dan los sistemas digitales. Siempre es bueno poder recordar datos sin la ayuda de un dispositivo electr�nico, mejorar la memoria y evitar da�os potenciales del envejecimiento.
