Recipes sound tasty. Good advice for slow cooker use and getting into DASH cookin. Mentions DASH 2 (for low sodium) but the nutrition information for each recipes doesn't give sodium amounts.

Very disappointed.

This is NOT DASH. Seriously, please look at the nutritional information before you made any of the recipes if you are doing DASH for health reasons. The sodium content in most of these recipes is WAY more than it should be if being labeled as "DASH". Very disappointed.
